Cancellation Policy:

All patients are required to cancel their appointment with any practitioner 24 business hours in advance, or it is counted as a no show on file. A no show fee will be added to you profile and invoiced.

All no show fees will have to be paid before booking your next appointment. 

Late policy:

If a patient is 15mins late for any medical, counselling, dietitian, physiotherapy, or massage therapy appointment, it will result in a no show on file.

No Show fees

For any non-medical appointments(counselling, dietitian, physiotherapy, massage therapy); no show fees are 100% of the appointment price.

For any medical appointments; no show fees are $60.00.

***It is up to each practitioner to decide if they will still see a late patient. If so, the patient will be notified that they will be seen for a reduced amount of time and will be charged the full price of the appointment**
