Our goal is to make communicating with us and managing your appointments, personal information, and payment options easy and accessible. We’ve introduced an online portal that’s easy to use and will assist us in providing you with exceptional care.  

When logging in through the Access Patient Portal below, select MB and the ID NUMBER/CODE is your 9 digit Manitoba Health PHIN number. Please contact (204) 717-7400 if you have any questions.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Each patient requires their own account, do not use your log-in information for family members.

Through the TWC Patient Portal, you’ll be able to:

View new and existing messages from your clinic

  • Respond to messages, if enabled

  • Receive PDF copies of labs, forms, handouts, and other chart information sent from your clinic

  • Book, change, and cancel appointments

  • View past and future appointments

  • Self-register as patients

  • View and update demographic and personal information

  • View and pay your outstanding invoices
