Purpose: To troubleshoot specific sleep issues; newborn sleep education, napping/routines/optimizing sleep environment/wake windows/age-appropriate sleep schedules/sleep training methods/concerns about crying/positive attachment/sleep science and health/safe sleep practices and SIDS risk reduction etc.

Approx. 25 page personalized sleep plan based on child’s specific needs and goals.
Thorough plan covering all areas related to healthy sleep and how to achieve client’s goals.
Client will implement themselves at heir own convenience- DIY.
Two follow up emails for support/troubleshooting to be used within two weeks of implementing the sleep plan.
