Perinatal

This plan is for the mamas and mamas to be! Navigating motherhood and childbirth can be difficult. This plan has been specifically designed to help give new and expecting mothers the support they need.

    • 2 Yoga Sessions

    • 3 Pelvic Floor Sessions

    • 1 Perinatal Counselling Sessions

    • 2 Perinatal Walk & Talk Or Counselling Sessions

    • 1 Breastfeeding or Prenatal Course

Burnout

Life can be incredibly busy and demanding. This plan is designed to target those looking to take time to themselves and cope with the stressors of a busy and demanding life. This plan will allow patients to reconnect with themselves and develop individualized mindfulness practices and coping strategies necessary for their lifestyle.
