You are a valued member of the team and we treat you as an individual. Our team is trauma-informed, weight-inclusive, and approaches well-being from all sides.

Our team of specialists:

Services

  • At The Wellness Clinic, we offer a community-based, private eating disorder treatment program with our interdisciplinary team. You may have a diagnosis but we understand that that may not be everyone’s experience, and do not need a diagnosis to receive support. Our services provide support for:

    • Bulimia nervosa

    • Binge eating disorder

    • Anorexia nervosa

    • Avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID)

    • Other specified feeding or eating disorders (OSFED)

    • Other types of disordered eating

    • Adults

    • Adolescents

    • All genders

Support

  • Everybody is welcome at the clinic. All individuals are worthy of recovery. Healing your relationship with food and your body can start today. Initially in the eating disorder program, you will see a treatment team member weekly to provide you with the support you deserve. Each journey is individual and we meet you where you’re at. Booking an intake session is the first step. These may be some things we discuss in our time together:

    • Setting up recovery goals and expectations

    • Removing feelings of guilt or shame from eating

    • Holding space for challenging experiences

    • Expanding emotional coping skills

    • Nourishing your body with structured meals

    • Increasing flexibility & independence with food as we progress together

    • For adolescents, we also work with the family/caregivers to best support the client. Using an FBT-informed model of care, we help the family and client expand tools of support and understanding to move towards recovery.
